Example: "Hello, My name is Jane Doe. I have a 5 year old son and a 8 month old daughter. I am looking to have their pictures taken on Aug. 12th at 5pm at my parent's home in Clayton. They have a beautiful garden and a pond in the back yard. Can you please email me back to let me know if this date and time is available?"

Helpful tips:
~ Think about the type of weather for that time of year
~Check out the location of your photo session prior to the date.
~Corrdinate clothing by color, patterns, boy and girl etc...
~Do you have any props tht you would like to use, bring them with you.
